I purchased a king size bed in September 2019 and have been trying to get the drawers repaired.
I have called many times to speak with management with many employees there to dismiss me. A employer named *** told me, "They can't fix it". They called and said they were sending someone with a replacement dresser but they never came. This computer wants me to pay for something that's broke and be happy about it. I've been telling them about this problem since I've had it and as I said before they are dismissive.
I would like for them to actually give great goods and services. Repair my dresser because if I took my time to go in the store to pick something out that means I want what I picked out.
Upon receiving the letter I didn't know about her issue. we contacted her the same day we got the notice and we took care of her problem on 2/18/20.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Yes, the company took care of the issue but I will dispute that they just found out about the problem. I have complained since I've had the dresser at the beginning of my agreement. I don't appreciate the lie of "we just found out about the problem." I am completely satisfied with service.
