I was promised delivery on 03/10/20. Two days later still nothing and they say I am not on the schedule for delivery and I can't have refund.
On 03/09/20 I purchased a TV stand and was promised it the next day. By 03/11/20 still no merchandise. Called and worker said I am not non schedule and he is booked for today the next day. I asked for a refund they said no due to manager who sold it to me not being there. Went to the store and they promised me AGAIN another delivery for today.. Still no delivery and they're closed.

This customer never reported any service problems until after the agreement expired and was not paid beyond the renewable date. Although this was the case, we offered to replace the box spring and sofa but the customer does not answer the door or respond to phone calls. Due to the customer's refusal to respond and violation of the agreement, we are seeking all legal action remedies available to resolve this matter.

Because a talked to them 3 months prior asking the to fix there furniture they came twice a black man came once then two women came and took pictures they promised to bring box spring and pick up couch to be fixed that Tuesday to no avail I never received a box spring I stop paying because I have paid over a thousand dollars on this furniI want a refund of my money and pain suffering for my child sleeping on a bed that is sinking

We switched out the box spring even though it was broken by people jumping on it, which is considered customer abuse. We have made several attempts to contact the customer to resolve the sofa issue, but her phone number has been changed and she will not open the door when we go to the house. The sofa was reduced in cost for its condition when she rented it, and now it has been further damaged while in the home. We are still willing to switch it out as long as the customer pays the correct amount for the replacement. If it is comparable to the original it would be the same amount. The customer needs to come to the store and pick out a replacement. There is no refund due since the rental money she has paid was for the use of the items she selected and she has had use of.

They didn't not switch out no box spring that is a lie I don't have lil kids my 15 yr old don't jump up in down in a bed I would like to have some kind of relief to the furniture as to the money that was paid I was paying insurance on the property at the time when I got the crouch it had a split in the arm over the arm and tape on oil I wish to at least have a reduce amount to the furniture as far as montly payment or a refund

This company mislead me when I sign my contract. They advise they were nothing like rental center and payment arrangements were allowed.
This company assured me they were financing my merchandise and that if I needed to make any payment arrangements that would be okay. I've never missed a payment until this morning th because of the holiday season and my work load balance at work slowed down I was late a couple of days. I received a harassing phone called from one of the guys who worked there who made threats and who came to my house banging on my door waking my neighbors up. This was very embarrassing. When I told him that o would be I. To make a payment he told me that he would follow me to the bank in which I called the store and told them that I would make a payment and that I wanted to setup direct deposit. They advise me that I would have to come in and sign but the contract I signed could not be a day late and that I should have read the contract before signing verses listening to their ill advise employee who ensured me that a late payment would not be an issue. The reason i'm complaining is because most companies allow you a 10-15 days grace period. If you missed a payment they allow you time to or allow you to add the payment on for the next month. Most companies give you time and the opportunity to catch up without harassing or sending a guy to your home. Most companies discuss and grant their customers arrangements when their customer situation change. They don't come to your home banging on your door talking loudly making threats and trying to scare you in making payments. Furthermore, before rent a center or any other company comes to your home they will allot you time to setup pickup. They don't come out and attempt to scare you in making payments. Please give me a call because this type of practice must be stop. Lying to consumers and taking advantage of the less fortunate or the ones who credit score may not be the best must be stop. This store and its employees, threats and scare tactics must stop and be investigated. Thank you!

Desired Outcome

For someone to stop the way they deceive, threats and scare their clients into payments. This type of business dealing must be stop. They're taking advantage of the less fortunate and are not steering contracts in their own direction verses that of each stat rules, regulations and guidelines.

Love seat and couch I rented had bed bugs and they did not fix the issue
I rented a couch and love Seat from Affordable and they delivered the items on Nov 6th, after being in my home for about 15 minutes I noticed a bug crawling on the arm of the couch and found that it was a bed bug and investigated further and found that both the loveseat and couch were infested with bed bugs, I immediatley called the store to come get the items and they said they would treat it and get it back to me. The returned withthe same items on Nov 9th and before the delievery drivers could leave I looked the items over carefully and found that the items still had eggs on the back. I refused the items. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager the person I spoke with said he could help I explained the situation and he said he would have a manger call. I called back to the store a week later and again asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was in, I explained the situation again saying that I did not want anything that had been in the store as the couch and loveseat I rented were in the store which meant the rest of the otems inthe store were more than likely infested also. the guy I talked with said they do not give refunds but I could come look at loveseats and couches in the store. I asked that he have a manger call me ASAP. No one ever called, I called back a few days later and spoke with a manger who said I could come in and ger something even aftr explainign I would need something that had never been in theor store as I would not feel comfortable with anything else, shelaughed and said well we have a couple new items. I asked for a refund and she refused. I have tried looking up theoru corporated number so I could talk with them but have been unable to find the number.

We have looked into the complaint. We inspected the set and found no bedbugs. We have treated the set as a precaution, re-inspected and still found no bedbugs. We spoke to the customer and she has decided to purchase a different living room set.
