I rented a 2 bedroom town home on 2nd street. Originally I rented with a different company but Affordable Home Realty acquired the property in the middle of my lease. At the end of my lease I told them I would like to be present for move-out inspection. I called multiple times for about a month and kept being told the manger of the property had not gotten around to it (She never talked to me herself). I was told it shouldn't be a problem getting some/most of my deposit back but I stated I still wanted to be present for the inspection. (My lease stated I have a right be to present and informed when it occurs).
Now it's been about 3 months and I have given up. No phone calls back, not letters in the mail (I had given them my new address a couple of times) I guess I've learned the reality of dealing with a [redacted] realty company.

My husband and I are snowbirds and own two homes in Tucson. Recently one of our sons moved here and he is looking for vacant land and/or a rental. There was a rental sign in an area where he was interested. We called over 10 times and never got a call back. We are very disappointed in their service in west Tucson near Star Valley. I cannot believe their lack of professionalism. In his search he will avoid all property with your real estate sign. Not good for your clients.
