My experience with the Affordable Home Repair company has been a complete disasterWhat was supposed to be a week job, is still unfinished after monthsThe quality of work has been un-professional and substandard from the start, much of it having to be re-doneThe workers have been unskilledIf they showed up, they frequently only stayed a brief time, accomplishing littleOften, they did not return for weeks at a timeThe bathroom toilet and sink have been removed for the past weeks, rendering it unusable stillFor weeks the bathroom floor was left completely open with beams exposed and the ground visible beneathThe workers punctured a water line, leaving our family member (a disabled widow) without water for a complete weekend.They couldn't identify the leak, yet I drove miles, to find the leak, minutes after I arrived A new front door installation still has a gaping hole at the floor level, allowing in light and any critter free accessThe deadbolt lock didn't work for a couple months until I showed them the hole was improperly drilled in the door frameThese are just a few examples, I could give many moreNo work has been done at the home for several weeks nowThe owner of Affordable Home Repair told me he only had 2-days work to finish the jobTHAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO! Now he refuses to respond to my phone calls or emails Affordable Home Repair has left me no choiceI'm sorry, I cannot recommend this company to anyoneI sincerely wish it had been differentI am now looking for someone else to complete the job (All I wanted you to do was finish the job!)

My experience with the Affordable Home Repair company has been a complete disaster. What was supposed to be a 3 week job, is still unfinished after 5 months. The quality of work has been un-professional and substandard from the start, much of it having to be re-done. The workers have been unskilled. If they showed up, they frequently only stayed a brief time, accomplishing little. Often, they did not return for weeks at a time. The bathroom toilet and sink have been removed for the past 5 weeks, rendering it unusable still. For 3 weeks the bathroom floor was left completely open with beams exposed and the ground visible beneath. The workers punctured a water line, leaving our family member (a disabled widow) without water for a complete weekend.They couldn't identify the leak, yet I drove 100 miles, to find the leak, 5 minutes after I arrived. A new front door installation still has a gaping hole at the floor level, allowing in light and any critter free access. The deadbolt lock didn't work for a couple months until I showed them the hole was improperly drilled in the door frame. These are just a few examples, I could give many more. No work has been done at the home for several weeks now. The owner of Affordable Home Repair told me he only had 2-3 days work to finish the job. THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO! Now he refuses to respond to my phone calls or emails.

Affordable Home Repair has left me no choice. I'm sorry, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I sincerely wish it had been different. I am now looking for someone else to complete the job.
