I purchased a mattress set from Mattress Firm 12/the salesman told me I had a year to return the mattress if I wasn`t happy with it,I returned the mattress on 8/23/and it was picked up from my home 8/28/16, the mattress was inspected and was determined it was eligible for a full refund,I was told I would get a refund in weeks via check ,after weeks still no refund I returned to the store and was told it would be weeks it is now weeks and still no refund,I have called customer service and made several trips to the store and all I get is apologees, I am due $ the customer service reps keep telling me that the finance company I used will issue the refund the finance company Progressive leasing says since I paid off the Mattress they do not issue refundsso at this point all im getting is the run around and there`s no actual person I can speak with regarding my refund
