and completed. On July 20, 2017 ABC Supply delivered the material to complete the roof. During July through October 2017 we were denied multiple attempts to start the job. The crew was informed by the client that she could not afford to pay for the completion of the job, at that time. And another attempt, that it was too cold for our crew to start according to the client, for she would contact us when she was ready for us to start the job. We have had multiple attempts from her during February and March 2018. During that time, we were informed by her that she had hired another contractor, but they have not started the job yet. She then requested a refund. We informed her that her deposit was non-refundable due to the materials that she had already received for us to complete the job. Also, we would be more than ready to finish the job she hired us to do. At that point we did not hear from her again, we now are hearing from you. Attached is the invoice from ABC Supply confirming delivery of the material, date, and cost. To resolve this issue we would be more than cooperative to refund her the difference of $44.18. That would make up the difference for her deposit of $600 and our material cost of $555.82.   We hope this helps resolve the complaint and harsh accusations.
