Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Again, this situation is relative to your ownership tenure If you think *** should be a part of this then you should add him to this communicationWould be so easy for you to bring him up to speed and ask him to address this situation since you say the sale of the business has terms that make him as the new owner responsible however, you haven't done so Just more evidence or purposeful attempts to avoid doing the right thing

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:1.  [redacted] was the registered owner of the business during the time I had interactions with the business, and when the complaint was filed.  That ownership lasted up until a new assumed name certificate was filed on 5/23/16 with the Polk County Clerk's office.a.  All of the events relative to this complaint took place while ownership was with [redacted].  b.  [redacted] is the wife of [redacted], who presents himself as the "de facto owner" of the business.  c.  [redacted]., has filed an assumed name certificate on 5/23/16 for the business (see pg. 17 attached).  This is the [redacted]e person who provided bids for the jobs, communicated with me by phone and said that [redacted] told him to issue me a full refund during our phone conversation on 4/26/16.2.  Company has failed to honor its' 100% satisfaction guarantee.3.  Company has failed to issue any warranty paperwork as per their documents issued to me and submitted here.4.  [redacted]'s "response" is part of their attempts to play games, as evidenced by not addressing the complaint as a professional business person.  Her husband has remained silent, rather than addressing the issues as well.5.  [redacted] you, [redacted] and [redacted] have an obligation to address this matter.  You all can address it through this venue, or we can address it in a different venue.  The choice is yours.6.  In a proprietorship...Owner has UNLIMITED personal liability for business liabilities. In a sole proprietorship, the owner is PERSONALLY liable for the company, thus placing his or her entire personal assets and wealth at risk. If an owner is married, that owner puts the community property at risk as well.   Nice try with the transfer.

[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Please find attached dab filings from Polk County, TX for Affordable House Leveling of Texas.  [redacted] is listed as the owner.  Furthermore, one of their websites ahloftexas.com shows Lewis Gaskamp as the registered agent.  Gaskamp is also licensed by the State of Texas (TDLR)...

as a licensed and registered AC repair technician.  He may or may not be aware of his liability with the issue(s) leading to my complaint, although I emailed him this past Sunday at the email address on file as the registered agent of one of their websites.  As of this response, there has been no response to my emails to [redacted]
