The business responded via phone as follows: The company stated he is owed $2,000, plus since the permit expired, he is owed another $150. The company says they did complete all of the work and the consumer has not paid them.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in
reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Contractor was hired to correct a violations with the City of ***, the violation was never close (fence in disrepair), contractor submit the permit application for a new fence, replaced part of the fence not all the wood fence was replaced and never pass final inspection or close the violationAdditionally, contractor is claiming unforeseen circumstances to ask for extra $to increase the balance to $but haven't finish any of the work he was hired for.
