Mike provided us with a detailed report with photos outlining his findings. His professional evaluation regarding the condition of the structure of the house including roofing, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems as well as checking all appliances, interior fixtures and function of doors and windows helped us to formulate a thorough punch list for our builder. We accompanied Mike during our home inspection and asked many questions regarding the systems and discussed preventative maintenance. No question was too trivial.
