From what I have found out and what you mentioned in your complaint It looks like you added the vehicle on 07/15/and removed it, over a month later, on 08/19/ I also see that the policy cancelled due to non payment Since you were provided coverage for your vehicle during the term that you paid for, there is no refund Please let me know if you have any further questions

Right I did remove the second car but I should not have to pay dollars for Month the coverage was only dollars if I removed it then why can I get the refund I was told I would get yes I so get that they keep month coverage but not the whole amount , they told me I would get some of it back ,, and NOW because I canceled my police they want to keep my refund ,,Does this seem fair ????? I am entitled to some of my money back ,,It was not for non payment
