Affordable Kitchens

Review: I am writing to convey my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by [redacted], of Affordable Kitchens, LLC. I contracted [redacted], to install hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets and new doors in my residence and things were off to a great start, but [redacted] never completed the job. On at least eight occasions, [redacted] promised to come out to complete the work and he is always a no show nor does he call to cancel.I was deployed out of the country for five months and during this time, I telephonically contacted [redacted] on numerous occasions and he advised that he was involved in an auto accident and totaled his work truck and sustained injuries and would make good on the job soon. However, almost a year later and this never happened, my mother waited at the residence several times and again [redacted] was a no show nor did he extend the command courtesy of a phone call. (Side Note: He has been back to work and I see his truck complete with advertisemnt) A few months ago I again reached out to [redacted], he sent a worker out to my residence this time to take note of all the unfinished work and since then I havent had any contact with [redacted]. He ignores all of my attempts to contact him. To date the following issues are outstanding:Doors (3) havent been weather strippedDoor (1) leaks when it rains[redacted] moldings for doorways were never completedSoft close cabinet accessories were not finishedDoor screen never delivered and installedCabinet molding has fallen offCabinet door (that hit me in the head) hasnt been replacedDesired Settlement: I would like the money to pay someone else to complete the work and/or have [redacted] to send a worker to my residence to complete the work.
