Affordable Landscape Solutions

This past April, the owner (who knows, anymore!) of the company came out to gather extensive information, in order to provide an estimate for our full back yard landscaping project. After having shared preliminary pricing for bits and pieces of the project with us throughout the meeting, we were told that we'd receive a full breakdown of the project cost, within days. Over two months and at least 6 phone calls/messages left for them later, nobody has EVER even answered a phone there, much less returned our messages, contacted us via email, or provided us an estimate of any sort. Initially, we felt as though they seemed like a VERY promising choice, and pushed back our entire project in the hopes that we'd finally hear back from them. It's been incredibly frustrating!.. Here we took time off work to be available to meet, let this person into our home, provided all sorts of information to them, and then they VANISHED into thin air. We had concerns that perhaps they weren't even a legitimate company after all, but from the looks of it here, they must be. Shocking! How in the world do they do business like this?? Their loss, in the end! We're now also arranging to have our front yard done, and will be using the same landscaping company that actually bothered to RESPOND and DO THEIR JOB for the back yard project, rather than WASTE OUR TIME. Unbelievable! When it comes to Affordable Landscape Solutions .. RUN THE OTHER WAY!
