I was promised a refund for overpayment on 10/4/in the amount of $The amount overpaid dates to but I was not made aware of this until September when I was originally told a refund would be issuedAfter calling three times I was told payment was mailed to me on 11/4/After not receiving anything I called again and was told payment was mailed on 11/10/I still have received no correspondence from the company and no explainationI have called again without response

On 1/3/we called skyland energy to have them come out and fix our heat The heat stopped working at around 11:at nightWe called the company and left a message which was returned in the morning during business hours and a technician came out to perform the repairThe repair consisted of a new filter and a fuse and some sort of cleaning also he stated he needed to put gallons of oil in the tank, I did explain I did put oil in the previous night cause it was low and that getting anyone to service the system around the holiday was going to be tough The cost was and a ridiculous amount of recommendations almost using a blanket system to cover every thing from a fuel pump to telling me I need a whole new tank and system the tech recommended to have a oil delivery which I called as soon as he left to have a delivery scheduledOn Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday I had to restart the heater multiple times On Sunday evening the heat totally stopped working
