on 1/23/ [redacted] had stopped by to look at a desktop that was advertised on another websiteWhen she arrived she was told that desktop had been sold just before she came inThen was asking about a repair on her desktopShe was told that it would be best to bring it in for a free diagnostic to determine what was wrong and whether or not it was worth the money to repair the desktop [redacted] returned shortly after and the desktop was checked in as per usual practice, at that time she was told " we will get a look at it as soon as possible and we would call her." on 1/24/she had called to ask if her desktop was done or notUnfortunately I wish a less than hr turn around is possible, due to having several other customers computer here days-weeks before she brought hers in, this is just not possibleAgain the next day was call and told the same think we are working toward getting it looked at and we would call asapshe was called the next and informed that there was a problem with the motherboard on her desktop and she would be better to replace the machine, we offered to build her a machine that was similar to the one that she was originally looking at, and that we would try to have it done by friday-saturday but we would call as soon as it was available for pickupobviously this was misunderstoodin fact the desktop was done and ready about 9pm friday night(2hrs after we were close)Saturday [redacted] came right up to the door with a HUGE closed sight at eye level and walked in to be informed we have had a death in the family and were not openedShe would have to return on monday to be helped Being that this is a home base business we do have customer show up when we are closed and we inform them in the same way." you'll have to come back when we're openbeing that we had a death in the family and we not in formed until early saturday morning we had not had time to change the hours of operation on the web siteAfter Bryan told her times calmly that she would have to return, and being told by [redacted] that she did not care and was not leaving until she got her computer back, and days was unacceptable, things got heated and Bryan was very upset that she would try to treat us like what we as people and as a business had going on did not matter to herBryan got jason and he explained the same thing that " we are not open today and you will have to come back back on monday" [redacted] then explained to Jason she just wanted her computer back and unfortunately we you are demanding some one who is not currently "at" gets your computer or you will not leave; your probably not going to get the best serviceim glad you were able to find some one that could build you a desktop on your time frameAs far as any help from Affordable Laptops LLC to [redacted] is concerned, Affordable Laptops LLC reserves the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason at any timeThis will be the stand point for [redacted] , her company and any emplyee's associated

on friday we were informed of a death in the family and decided it woulld be a good idea to focus on the kids rather than computers so we took the following day (saturday) off.as I was entering our kitchen I heard the front door open I turned around and *** started yammering about her computer I nicely informed her we were closed and to come back on monday and we would get her taken care of she continued to tell me how it had been too long (we had her pc in the shop for days @that point) which is a very short time for repair .I again informed her we were closed until mondayand to come back and we would get her taken care of.I repeated this to her times to no avail @that point I became angry and started cussing her out.she had been asked to leave times @ that point I then informed her we were f#g closed because we had a death in the family and get the f# out , didnt matter to marrisa she wanted a computer so our grief be damned marrisa wanted her computerbearing in my there are children in the home who are already upset and emotional.@ this point I was livid and cussing up a storm.my brother (Jason) came and gave her computer back after we removed all the components from her new system (which was ready to go)on monday.I absolutely lost my temper and acted in a unprofessional way , but her is the thing I am not required to be professional when I am @home.and when you come into someones home and act like a heartless maniac because they chose to mourn the loss of a family member ratherthan fix computersthat person is probably not going to be inclined to help you very much. *** has continued to send us threatening emails and correspondence not to mention attempting to ruin or reputation. we did nothing wrong and would like her to leave us alone

I am rejecting this response because:   After I read the response I realized that most of their is not truth.  Today, 2/12/18 [redacted], my assistant did not know that they were already contact by the Revdex.com and since Brian told her on Friday the 9th to call him back today the 12th to see if he might reconsider to make an appointment for [redacted] to pick up the hard drive, because according to Brian, he did find our company's hard drive but was still upset about the incident and that he felt like destroying the hard drive.  [redacted] called Brian today and he was not in but she was able to talked to Jason, as soon Jason got on the phone he told [redacted] that the Revdex.com already got a hold of them and Jason said that as it stands today they are not at liberty to help us in any way and we could go ahead and delete those people's info because they are constantly getting hard drives from the University, etc. and it is of no use to them. Also, Jason added that our company is dealing with this issue our way and that his company is going to deal with this issue their way. With angry and unprofessional people like that we are always of trusting with very sensitive information, like our hard drive and we don't want our data to end up in the wrong hands.  Also, from the beginning Brian didn't handle this business transaction in a calm professional manner.  As soon I, [redacted],  went in and after he said to come on Monday because they were close he started to use the F  and B word until Jason came down to take care of my laptop and told Brian to stop cussing at me and the he was going to take care of it. All this would have been avoided if they had been mature enough to treat people in a more human way.  We just need our date please back please. Also I need to say that every one has personal problems  in life but we our in control in how to react and the way Brian reacted to his pain, if it is true, was the wrong way . I  did had a back surgery on January 19, 2018 and all the nasty words Brian yelled at me upset me very much and did not help me with my recovery process. life goes on, I don't have any resentments against Brain and Jason and feel sad that they have to treat their customer that way not realizing the their customers pay a percentage of their bills.    Once again, we just need a HARD DRIVE BACK.   Their is nothing I can do to change their way, I just hope their can find it in their heart to give back what does not belongs to them and move on.     Thank you Brian and Jason, Best Regards,  [redacted]
