Awesome Vacation Rental Company. Easy to deal with and our property was just as described. I highly rec. them.

TLDR: DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORDS; THEY RIP OUR MONEY OFF WITH UNREASONABLE REASONS & DON'T GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK
I admit the place itself was spacious and clean. HOWEVER, it is not worth the UNTRUSTWORTHY MANAGEMENT AND THE HUGE AMOUNT OF DEPOSIT THAT YOU WILL NEVER GET BACK.
THE MANAGEMENT ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. Some of my Asian friends and I rented the place for 4 nights. We are Asian kids who study all the time and just want to go to the beach to take some pretty beach pictures with the graduates. But the management called us "rowdy" just because we accidentally broke a lamp and a plate. One friend accidentally knocked a lamp off. The lamp was not placed on a steady surface in the first place. Another friend accidentally dropped a plate. But you would think with a place of 20+ people, it is very likely accident could happen just twice. The management said we will not be charged with accidents, but THEY DID NOT KEEP THEIR WORDS and they took away all of our deposits.
The amount they are deducting from our deposit is horrendously unreasonable.
$150 for the lamp
$100 for the shell platter
$75 for extra cleaning because unit 211 was excessively dirty (we had 2 units)
$125 for the broken deadbolt in unit 210
The plate was very thin and looked like it was bought from dollar store. How would it cost $100? Even if it actually cost that much, why would they display something with such big value at a rental place? The deadbolt was also already broken when we arrived, but they are claiming we broke it.
In conclusion, do not trust their words. If someone cannot be trusted, how can you stay at a place they're managing? I would be scared for my life.

Hi,

Wanted you to know that we had a wonderful time with the following exceptions.

You sent us an email informing us that check out time was10:00AM. This, of coarse, was underlined to emphasis the importance of being out by 10.

AT 8:00 AM received a knock on the door and when opened was told "Do you know you have to be out today". I got to tell you, I didn't appreciate that knock on the door. I felt like I was a kid.

You should trust that when you send people an email reminding them that check out time is 10:00 AM they will do it.

The second item is that when my daughter went out onto the front balcony at 9:00 AM to put a bag of garbage down, my 1 1/2 year old grandson closed the door behind her. When she tried to gain entry back into the room utilizing our combination, the lock no longer work. It was an hour before we were suppose to get out. So whats up with that! What would have happened if no one was in the room. I would have been forced to kick the door in. Why would you lock us out when we still had an hour left to remove our items.

Another thing is that if your going to promise WIFI, then you should at least have WIFI that can be accessed and support the expected usage rate from your guest. Lord knows you charge enough!!

I just thought you ought to know that I will mention this on my review of your treatment of customers.
