I signed up for the unlimited yearly package with the owner's daughter who promised that if I ever needed to reschedule they would help me out and never just take the $a monthMy appointments were scheduled months in advance and about halfway through my contract I had a car emergency the same day of my appointmentThey would not reschedule my appointmentA few months after that I had to fly out of state the week of my appointment and again they would not reschedule even after I provided them with advance noticeThey decided to change their unlimited laser offer during my year jn contract and attempted to tell me they can't reschedule etc when the terms of my contract said I couldI also needed to move and they would not let me cancel the contract even though the owner's daughter promised I could cancel with a $feeThey tried to tell me I had to pay the whole contract or the full price of the treatmentsI decided to keep going since it was the cheapest option and deal with the financial burden as best I couldThese women are liars and opportunists They will say anything to get you to signThe treatments did not clear a single area I had been working onDo not waste your money or be scammed into a contract with these peopleIt isn't worth the pain or time
