I called Michael at Affordable Last Minute Cleaning...well...very LAST MINUTE. I called on a Sunday and Michael was able to schedule a move-out cleaning for the following Wednesday.

All other cleaning companies I called were almost twice the price of Michael. His cleaning guru, Chris, came to my unit right on time and when I went over all that needed to be cleaned, I was sure that there would be some work left over, since I could only afford about 3 hours of cleaning. I wanted Chris to do the floors, baseboards, and louvers of a 600 sq ft one-bedroom, and he said he should be able to get to it all. I came back 3 hours later and to my surprise, Chris not only cleaned everything that I asked of him, he also cleaned the window screens, light fixtures, wiped down the counters, cleaned inside the freezer and fridge, my entire bird poop filled lanai (a huge task in itself) and got rid of A LOT of furniture marks that plagued my linoleum floor. I got my entire deposit back :D

I cannot stress enough how awesome this company is, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services.

My lease stipulated that the apartment needed to be professionally cleaned before I moved out, and Michael did a great job across the whole unit. Tons of jalousie winders and a fairly large 2-bedroom apartment was thoroughly cleaned, including power equipment on the carpets, all in a day's time. His attention to detail was superb and he's a friendly and efficient guy, too. Thanks!

Very friendly and fair with prices! I called mike and he came over to do a estimate in my 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom single story home. Most other businesses were quoting me at 500+ dollars!!! Mike came and gave me a fair estimate for 360! And he worked around my schedule and the hassel of moving my animals around in the house. He even went as far to help patch holes and help apply texture spray to the walls. I also passed my move out inspection for our military home. We would use him again and again!
