I am rejecting this response because:The additional rock was not delivered and the lights worked intermittently since the transformer was replaced. ALL communication (and lack there of) has been retained since July and would be happy to provide. I was told the company would be out Friday morning at 8:30. I took the day off and at 8:received a text that *** (Owner) was running late and was on the way. Didn't show up again which is standard practice for this business.

We would love to resolve this issue with the clientAs I stated to Mr*** we could warrenty the work on the deck lights but not the paversThe reason we told the customer that we could not warrenty the pavers is because they are not a product our company sellsThe company they our purchased
from offers a day manufacturer warrenty The lights worked for several months and then quit working do to a manufacturer defect The customer can notify malibu lighting customer support to resolve the issueWe agreed upon an amount of rock to be delivered and that amount of rock was delivered , the client then determined that he would like an additional amount of rock to be delivered (1/ton) that was also delivered when we installed the new transformer After we installed the new transformer the lights on the deck worked again properly The issue was the eye on the transformer had become damaged So at no charge we replaced the transformer (value) and again the customer said the light were working properly Now nearly a year later there is another issue and he would like it to be resolved We are more then happy to take another look at the lighting to verify the issue and repair any none customer damaged items

I have tried to resolve this issue on several occasions we have done everything in our power to make Mr. [redacted] happy, this includes installing a brand new Transformer free of charge which is the value of over $200 the lights worked for over 6 months without any issues there is no warranty on the lights and the customer was aware of that. No product ever offered a lifetime warranty if you run into any issues after the installation we gave a 30 day guarantee after that if you were to run into any issues it is on the homeowner to fix those issues or have fixed at an additional cost,  we did this project on short notice for Mr. [redacted] to meet his expectations we even accepted a credit card from Mr. [redacted] and ate the fee because he did not notify us he was going to pay with credit card. This is a customer that cannot be made Happy by my company we have plenty of other customers that have great reviews for us and have always been  happy customers.Thank you, [redacted] Affordable Lawn Care [redacted]
