Company quote for grass cutting/trimming did not include tax that they want to bill me now for each cut. Charged more for first cut/trim due to "grass over sidewalk" but was out here to give written quote and increase was not included for this July first cut/trim. Only came out twice in August and that was after I inquired when they would be cutting. They were supposed to come out weekly. Only came out once in September and never came out again. Terminated service today, September 24th. No bills sent to me with dates of service and by US Postal Service, as requested. Initially wanted to charge for 4 cuts in August and when I complained, reduced it to 3 cuts. Only paying for 2 August cuts - that is all they did. Just a horrible business practice and the guy running the business, ***, has no idea how to run a business, keep a schedule, bill correctly, contact customer with deviation of lawn cutting schedule and keeping track of lawn cuts.

We appreciate the feed back Mr ***. We sent you 2 bills out in the mail with the dates of service and what was owed for all dates listed. We called you several times to see if you had gotten the bills and 2 months later, we heard from you but not regarding the Bills at all.
As for the schedule, we do lawns every Thursday but you had told us numerous times not to come out because you had just had your lawn fertilized and to wait until you said it was ok to come out.
We handle our business the way most businesses starting out today do. We keep in contact with the customer and we hope that if we leave a voicemail that our call is returned, we allow customers to pay through an online system instead of having to mail a check although mailing a check is an option for them if they should want to use that option. Alot of businesses now days use online billing instead of paper billing.
