I am rejecting this response because: I'm sorry to say that she is not telling the truth and she ( the business) never advised me to seek an attorney's advise, the business filed one paper only which she paid $onlyThe business told me she will be at my service till I'm divorced but as you are aware from my original complaint that after she pocketed my money then told never to call her office again or she will get me arrested by the police, also the only paper I got from her was the paper she filed at the court house and paid $As you can see my case is not over yet and I should get my refund because she did not do what she promised me to doThanks for your time and help in this matter

I received your telephone call Friday, August 8, 2014 regarding
a complaint from client. This is the first time I have ever heard
from Revdex.com in 26 years I have been in business. I strive for excellence
in my job and always do whatever I can to help clients with their
legal documents.
Client contracted us to help him with a response to a dissolution
filed by his wife in San Joaquin County on October 14, 2013.
client made payments to us until he paid it in full on February
4, 2014. Upon receipt of payment in full, we prepared all of client's
legal documents. We mailed them to him on February 13, 2014. When
we did not receive them back immediately, we call client several
times to ask him to sign and return them to our office. He said he was
going to go to the PO Box and take care of it. We received his
signed documents on March 7, 2014. (He signed them 3/3/14).
We then filed them at San Joaquin Superior Court as contracted to do.
They were returned by the Clerk stating that his wife had taken a default
and therefore no documents on client's behalf could be filed.
I immediately called client. I told him we charged $350 to do a Courtdate
he said he just didn't have the money. He was very nice and sincere
I realized he truly didn't have the money, as he did take 5 months to
pay off his initial work contracted. Only a Courtdate would request
the Court to set aside the default and also address his division of
community assets and debts at this point. I did the Courtdate without
charge to the client, (I guess no good deed goes unpunished) He
never said thank you or even acknowledged us doing work for him
without charge. I mailed all Court documents to him and he got her
served and filed his own proof of service. He went to Court and
I never heard from him again until he called afterwards and said we
hadn't done anything for him.
This, of course, is a completely untrue. We did everything he
contracted us to do and so much more without charging him.
I believe what happened is that the Judge did, in fact, set as the
default as per our requet in his free Court date. Then instead
of client calling our office, he went to the Court clerk and filed
his own documents. We already had all documents done and signed
by client, he just failed to communicate with us. Either he was very
confused and/or just forgot (didn't realize) he already had all work required
by Court was done for him by our office.
I tried to explain all of this to him over the phone but he refused to listen
and was very upset insisting we had done nothing for him.
I am glad that Court resolved all his issues based upon the Courtdate
we did for him without charge. Just sorry client feels we did nothing
for him.
If you have any further questions, please call or email.
