Affordable Lock and Key

As a matter of business practice, customer keys that are not supplied by our company are charged $regardless of the number of keys that are programmed or if they work.. Customers are told at the time of programming that all keys must be present at initial programming session and if customer
does not have all the keys at the time, then any other keys that they own or acquire will not work. Customers are informed that they may want to have all keys present at time of initial programming for the one time price of $30. We cut customer key from their original key and programmed all that she informed us that she had one her possession at the time. The customer then called stating that she had found the other keys and wanted us to reprogram the one that she did not have at the time of the initial programming of her keys. We will program all keys in possession of the customer at one time; however if customer returns with keys they did not have before, then it is an additional charge for programming. Keys are 100% verified that they are programmed before ever leaving this shop. I have spoken with this customer and told her that she could make an appointment and have all keys reprogrammed at no charge
