To who it may concern Mr. [redacted] contacted our company with a lockout service we quoted him $15 service fee labor starting at $35 my technician got there within 20 minutes and technician gave him a price of 140$ to open the car before he even started the job Mr. [redacted] agreed and signed...

the invoice before technician proceeded to open his car.   After customer paid and we ran his credit card he then called the company to company and said it wasn't fair that he paid $140 for a emergency car lockout service that he should only be paying $65 that $65 was fair price, my manager explained why it was $140 and offer to refund $40. Like the offer my manager gave we can refund his cc of $40 back to make customer happy
