The representatives for this company do not take care of their customers My company changed banking and the representative said it was handled and we discovered money kept being taken out of an old account creating a negative account and overdraft charges When this was addressed the rep said it was another companies fault, refused to return emails and phone calls We are in a contract with someone that did not stick with their end of the agreement and it has become a nightmare for my company and my credit It has been over weeks and we still cannot reach someone to fix an issue that we have emails stating were not our fault Horrible customer service, my company has been torn apart credit wise for something they admitted to being not our fault but from the lack of people properly changing our information Stay away from this company if you want any kind of moral or ethical professional behavior
