CAR. I ASKED HIM IF HE WANTED TO DRIVE THE CAR, HE SAID NO THEY WOULD TAKE THE CAR. SITTING IN THE OFFICE FILLING OUT THE PAPER WORK, I ASKED MR [redacted] IF HE WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A WARRANTY. HE STATED NO, IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THE CAR HE (MR [redacted]) WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE REPAIRS. MR [redacted] SIGNED 2 DIFFERENT BUYER'S GUIDES STATING THE CAR WAS BEING SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY AND AFFORDABLE MOTOR SPORTS ACCEPTS/ASSUMES NO FINANCIAL OR MECHANICAL RESPONSIBLITY FOR ANY REPAIRS FOR THE CAR. THE BUYER (MR [redacted]) ACCEPTES THE CAR WITH ALL ITS KNOWN AND UN-KNOWN PROBLEMS. MR [redacted]'S WIFE CAME BACK TO THE LOT 1WK LATER TO GET A REFUND CHECK FOR TAXES AND STATED THE CAR WAS RUNNING GREAT & SHE WAS VERY HAPPY. 1WK AFTER THAT, MR [redacted] CALLED AND SAID THE CAR HAD A OIL LEAK & WANTED TO KNOW WHERE HE COULD TAKE IT TO GET LOOKED AT. I SUGGESTED [redacted] AUTO. 1WK AFTER THAT CONVERSATION, MR [redacted] SAID THAT [redacted] TOLD HIM THE VEHICLE NEEDED MAJOR REPAIRS. MR [redacted] STATED HE WANTED A REFUND OR FOR AFFORDABLE MOTOR SPORTS TO FIX THE CAR. I APOLIGIZED FOR THE CIRCUMSTANCES, BUT I REMINDED HIM THAT HE PURCHASED THE CAR AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY AND HE REFUSED TO PURCHASE A WARRANTY. MR [redacted] SAID HE WOULD NOT LET THIS REST UNTIL I FIXED OR REFUNDED HIM AND HE WAS GOING TO SLANDER MY BUSINESS AND RUIN MY REPUTATION IN TOWN. I THEN STOPPED ALL CONTACT WITH MR [redacted]. MR [redacted] HAS LEFT ME MESSAGES AND SENT ME MESSAGES STATING HE WOULD SLANDER & RUIN MY CHARACTER & REPUTATION IN THE CAR BUSINESS IN TOWN. MR [redacted] PURCHASED THE CAR WITH 135,791 MILES ON THE ODOMETER READING THE ODOMITER READING. AT THE TIME HE TOOK IT TO [redacted] AUTO, THE READING WAS 136,045 MILES. MR [redacted] HAS PUT MORE THEN 100 MILES ON THE CAR AS HE STATED IN HIS COMPLAINT. I NEVER REFUSED ANY REPAIRS, NOR DID [redacted] ADVISE ME TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS TO THE CAR PRIOR TO MR [redacted] PURCHASING THE CAR. I DID NOT TELL MR [redacted] THAT IF THE CAR BROKE IN 2 PIECES HE WOULD OWN BOTH PIECES. MANY OF MR [redacted] STATMENTS ARE FALSE.

Sorry there were 250 miles on it when it got to [redacted] cause it took awhile for me to get in to his shop. At a 100 miles from buying the car the leak started so that is not false. I paid 5500.00 to drive car 250 miles. Seem Fair? The car was brought to [redacted] a week after I talked to him because he could not get me in right away. I am in the car business for 12 years and of course like anyone that was sold a car that only ran for 250 miles would be upset and not want anyone to buy from the company. Why would anyone want to go through what I have? The dealerships that I work for would take action into making it right. Know one should be left stranded in a car they just bought after they spend 5500.00 on a car cash. I did ask him about the lights on the dash as I took delivery of the car and he stated he never saw lights on the car till then. He said give it some gas and when I did the lights shut off. I am not a mechanic so I have to but my faith into the professionals that do. I spend 5,500 dollars on the car I cant drive. My issue is that I brought the car to [redacted] who does his work on cars and he stated the car was junk and we should of never bought it. He had the car in his shop and there was a obvious oil leak and [redacted] said he he did a quick fix on it. That quick fix lasted 250 miles. I have nothing in writing that I declined a warranty or was offered. I have asked for the shop bill from [redacted] and the safety inspection on the Montero and I have not received any of those documents. [redacted] told me there was not even a oil change done and that [redacted] declined to even to that. I am upset that this has gone this far. The response [redacted] sent here is just a obvious response that he doesn't want to take any ownership that the car had major issues prior to me taking car and after I took car. The only thing he has offered me is for me to spend more only and by a warranty. Not even split the cost or anything. Just bad business. I have also got my documents ready for the Attorney General's Office so that they can look at all of the documents I signed were to Missouri business standards as I was advised that some documents weren't fully filled out by the seller Affordable Motor sports LLC. I have brought car to another shop to have looked at and they said the car needs a new engine. I said I just bought it and but very little miles on it and he stated dont drive it anymore and I should get he seller to take it back. Also fells that is the right thing to do. [redacted] can take it back and sell it to someone else that doesn't care if it needs a new engine. For [redacted] is false in that [redacted] didn't think anything was wrong with the car cause he told me and my wife exactly what he did to car to make it a quick fix and stated it needed more but [redacted] said just do the sleeve. I would like a copy of the shop bill from [redacted] and the safety inspection and the signed paper where I declined the warranty. I have not slandered his company one bit as I am trying to resolve this matter so I can give him good reviews for fixing the issue. Thanks

MR [redacted] VERBALY DECLINED A WARRANTY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE AND STATED IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH THE CAR HE WOULD FIX IT. AFFORDABLE MOTOR SPORTS DOESN'T PRESSURE ANYONE TO BUY OR PURCHASE CAR OR WARRANTY.
