Based on the many complaints that *** *** is claiming, anyone can clearly see that the only major problem she had with the vehicle was a battery issueShe has stated in her complaint that there were ocassions in which she ran into problems with the vehicle not being able to startShe had
contacted me after having the first problem with the battery and the car not being able to startI told her to get a jump and bring the car back to my facility so I can replace the battery for her, which she didUpon replacing the battery, the car was inspected to insure that it would start again normally(if interior lights, exterior headlights etc were shut off upon leaving the vehicle standing for a long period of time.) The car started perftectly and the battery was properly workingShe claims that she had battery problems two more times after that, but never came back to my facility so I can look for the issue when I asked her toAfter her 4th claimed complaint of the vehicle not starting, she took it upon herself to replace the battery herself from a ***When she called to provide me with more complaints about the battery, I responded by offering to reimburse her for this new battery she had bought if she provided me with the receiptShe never showed up with the receipt for the battery, instead she decided to take extreme measures and take it to courtShe was also very unsatisfied with other very minor cosmetic issues such as a clip on a bumper and an interior molding which I purchased and replaced for her for 150$ of my personal money(receipts available upon request)I have been in the used car business for over years and never had any complaints from my customersAs she even stated in the beginning of her complaint, she was reffered by two seperate coworkers(*** *** and *** ***)who I provided service to for over ten years with absolutely no complaints or problemsIf there were ever a ny problems, I took it upon myself to ensure the customer was happy in the endI provide all of my clients with a day engine/transmission waranteeWhen Lorraine looked at the car, there were no surpisesShe is stating that the car smells rotten, she wouldve been able to smell this when she test drove the car; She claims the car makes a rattling noise when she drives, she would have noticed this when she test drove the car; She claims the brakes are not good, also something she would have noticed when she test drove the carUnderstandably, if this was a new car purchase, these things would not be accpetableHowever, being that this car was in immaculate used shape when purchased UNDER MARKET VALUE, these small complaints are part of regular maintenace of any vehicle which I was more than willing to help her withI do not believe I deserve this type of disrespect and verbal abuse, especially to someone who is willing to try their best to ensure she is satisified with her purchase

According to respondant complaints, he stated "I never came back to his facility" after the first battery problem, but that not true. here are texts I came back  after May **.  
  
He never replied to said when I can come get my money for the battery. here is text:
 
 
He original stated that he will give me a 1 year warranty on the car except for tires problem. when I asked him to put it into writing and fax it over to me he always said" I am too busy" here is text:
 
He also stated I verbal abuse him? no true!!! I have given him 4 months to resolved this issues before taken legal action.

Review: May **, 2014, I was referred by 2 coworkers [redacted] and [redacted] to purchased a used 2010 Toyota Corolla from their mechanic /auction buyer/friend [redacted]. The company name is Affordable Motors Inc on [redacted]. His wife name is listed as [redacted] and he signed he name for this company. I got the car and the next day, I have been having serious problems. May ** 2014, Day 1 I noticed the tired light came on, and it stayed on after air was put into tires. one of the tire had a cut slash on it that he sold me. May **, 2014 on my Birthday of all days 2 days (1 battery problems) in church parking lot. The car would not started. A church member given me a jump.I took the car back to [redacted] the next day to changed the battery. He stated that he installed a new battery and I should not have any more problems with this car. May **, 2014 First week same(2 battery problems) at the gas station, the car would not starts. July *, 2014 (3 battery problems)Monday morning getting ready to starts the car to come to work and it would not starts. I had to takes the train to get to work. After worked, I called and got a jump from AAA. July *, 2014 the next day (4 battery problems)A gained AAA was called to give me a jump. At this point, I had enough of "battery problems" so I took the car to [redacted] to get a new battery. This car structures in side and out are poorly repaired. You can see where parts are not aligned properly. The car makes raddling sound when you drive it. The inside smell likes old mold rotten mold. Wind Shield blades make annoying sound. Brake are not good. Airbag light came on! He sold me a lemon for $9,500 and refused to give me my money back. He original stated that he was going to repairs those problems and offer 1 year warrant of repairs with the exception of the tire. I asked him to put the warrant in written and to fax it over to me and I still have not received it. [redacted] excuses are I am busy!Desired Settlement: I felt unsafe driving this car and I was not satisfied. I requested on many occasions that I do not want this car and for him to refunded me back my $9,500.I just wants my money back.

Understandably, if this was a new car purchase, these things would not be accpetable.
