The company is only explaining there was a "glitch" in their systems creating this issue. No offer has been made to offset the fact that their invoice and order confirmation bonded them to deliver this order with "free shipping". As a customer I'm not looking for excuses or reasons why things were mistakenly done the way way they were. I expect a company to RESOLVE the issue rather than "explain what went wrong", according to them. The customer service of this company is rally bad. Evelyn Called from the business stated that there was a glitch in the system and it didn't process showing that there would be a shipping fee of $[redacted]. There is a shipping fee for anyone located outside of the **. Evelyn stated that she reached out to the consumer informing him that a shipping fee...
of $[redacted] would have to be paid within 24 hours in order for the products to ship. Evelyn stated that she has explained the situation to the consumer and he remains dissatisfied. The order was cancelled on 4/26/17 and a refund in the amount of $[redacted] was issued back
