I had work completed years ago that has been nothing but satisfying. There were cracks that were present previously and because of my decision of application and not listening or trying understand how this happens have become visible because I did not allow the extra prep work. Their resealing of whatever product they use has taken an eye sore and left me with a satisfying wall to my car each morning.

Review: Cracks appeared in the work performed shortly after the job was completed. Several attempts were made in reaching out to the contractor and he promised a visit to investigate. The visit never happened. 6 months have passed and I have not heard anything from the contractor. Now after winter, the cracks are evne worse.

This company has poor customer service and worse professionalism!Desired Settlement: Provide a finished product commensurate with the money paid!
