Review: In May 2014, had both front & rear bumpers on my 2010 Mazda CX-7 repaired by Affordable Paint & Body ("Affordable"). Both repairs totaled an estimate of $1,939.63. Affordable did a terrible initial job. Took it back & they buffed out the paint runs and put screws in that they forgot to put back after initial repair. Noticed an abundance of "OVERSPRAY" paint ALL OVER my car AND that the paint was peeling away from under the passenger headlight. [redacted], co-owner, told me he'd take care of it. Took my car back & they made it worse. Used "STEEL WOOL" (per [redacted]) on my windows to remove the overspray. I mentioned NOTHING about it being on both my side MIRRORS - because there was NO OVERSPRAY. But Affordable & their employees used STEEL WOOL on my mirrors and scratched them - to where it is hard to view things in the mirrors. Even more so now since the time has changed and I'm driving in the dark. I sent a letter to [redacted] & [redacted], owners of Affordable on October 10, 2014 and advised [redacted] of the same, giving them until November 10, 2014 (30 days) to remedy the situation. [redacted] informed me he would read the letter and get back with me. No response. So I called & talked with [redacted] on October 21, 2014 because I had yet to received a response. [redacted] informed me he read the letter and would be waiting to November 10 to respond. So I inquired as to if he would be paying to replace my mirrors to which he replied yes, but that he couldn't provide payment until November 10, 2014. I'm ready to file a Small Claims because this is ridiculous that I have to be inconvenienced and my driving impaired due to their negligence!!!! THis is so unreal, and such bad customer service and bad business all together! I'm sick of waiting!!! I have been very patient and considerate with them - considering the service I have received to date. I NEED my mirrors replaced IMMEDIATELY!!! Please Help! Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want Affordable to pay me to have my mirrors replaced by the Mazda Dealer - and to stop making me wait to have them replaced. It is very dangerous for me to be driving with the mirrors in this condition!
