BBB spoke to Mike at business and the following was relayed: There has been so much rain this season that the job was put off and rescheduled. I was prepared and ready to do it but the customer decided they no longer wanted that. In good faith, I will send the customer a check within the next week... for the $500.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I receive a refund of $500 by Tuesday September 12, 2017.
