Worst paint job & Sheetrock sanding! Sloppy work & we were told by [redacted] that he'd def fix it! He never returned calls & was paid 100%, on good faith[redacted] was paid $3800 dollars in full for a very sloppy job. He was supposed to sheetrock some of our ceilings, paint them, & touch up the edges.He assured us he would return to finish all the messy areas & touch-ups. He said to call him "sun" & to mark the areas that weren't finished. In good faith, we went ahead & paid him the final amount so he could pay his employees.The sheetrock mudding/sanding is so bumpy, that we now have to pay someone else to redo & repaint. We called him over 7 times & he never returned phone calls or text. The painting job looks like there isn't even a 2nd coat on there. Desired SettlementWe only wanted him to return to our house & finish what he had promised & what we had agreed on. It is now too late for him to make things "right" w/the job. We should,at the very least get some dollar amount, towards the job that now has to be fixed by someone else. The unfinished job by [redacted] is now costing $700 to repair by someone new.
