Unfairly charged.I requested a tent for rental purposes for an event that was to be held outside on October 6, but due to severe weather changes, we were forced to change the venue to an inside vendor.We called 2 days before the event to cancel the tent, was advised that we could not be refunded. I simply feel it is unfair to charge ANYONE the full amount for an order even if the services are not rendered. If you do not deliver tables.chairs or any other event items, you should not charge for the services.Desired SettlementWe received a partial refund for $200 when the total of our purchase was $478.
