We are in? receipt of clients email with the Revdex.com.? After we spoke with client last week, they understand that we never received a "Disney" voucher from them and therefore have not denied any dates for this voucher.? ? They did have another voucher in house which they never provided their deposit or dates for and has been void since July.? We spoke with the timeshare company that had given them the voucher and they advised they will be sending them another Disney voucher and client understands they must meet all deadlines in order to travel.? We are in receipt of the complaint the client sent to Revdex.com.
We do not conduct any timeshare presentations and have no control over how long it took. On 9/client called in to check on her first request date of 10/26/2016. She was advised it was not avail and her 2nd date is
processing. She was also advised if the 2nd date was not available her voucher would expire. The promotional travel process was explained to her and she advised the agent that she understands.
Unfortunately her November date was not available and she requested a refund on 10/5/which is in process and advised to allow 14-business days to process. This voided out the offerIf I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact me

I am responding to latest email from Holiday Travel of America on 3/I talked to someone from the company back in FebruaryDuring our conversation, I told her that I was aware of how "asuiteweek" gift card workedI informed her that since I received my refund, I'd been trying to book a resort using my giftcard and haven't been able to do soWhen I was first informed about the card, they made it seem like I was going to be able to use it as soon as possibleI asked if there was a hotel giftcard that could be given in exchange for the asuiteweek for the same valueShe informed that nothing could be done which means my issue hasn't been resolvedI agreed to take the new package under the impression that I was going to be able to use what was given to me which I haven't been able tooIf someone about the supervisor of the company can assist with this it would be greatly appreciated. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was promised in December the offer would be reinstatedI contacted them in February after still not being able to registerI never threatened to contact the Revdex.com I wanted the registration promised or appropriate paymentAfter that contact, THEN HTOA figured out that it is not even possible to reinstate the offer and the vendor would need to issue a new voucher That was nearly a month ago and I have still yet to receive a new voucher from the vendor.
I plan to keep this complaint open until I've taken the trip, as the experience so far combined with the response today has given me no faith in the company. Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, although I now agree with the resolution, I want it on the record that this company made no effort to work with me, in fact went out of their way several times to ensure we could NOT redeem this vacation UNTIL I filed a formal complaint with Revdex.com
Now, all of a sudden we have our package available for use next month (after trying to redeem and having company change or cancel our dates many times over almost one year) and despite being told many times by staff at this company that to get a get a set date is impossible and they can cancel and change as much as they want, after my formal complaint, they have now redeemed what they are legally obligate to redeem and have done what they kept previously saying was impossible
It is clearly not impossible to give me set dates for my free vacation that they are obligate to redeem, but they clearly make it overly complicating to near impossible for customers redeem (thereby not only keeping the $deposits) but also keeping the money that they vacation vouchers are sold for to timeshare companiesIt is clear this company is a scam and only complies when the customer escalates to formal complaints to get their legally obligated items
It is in writing by the company to Revdex.com that I have been guaranteed the May 17, packageIf this company does anything to change these dates or vacation in anyway, I will file escalated action as I think it is sad I've had to go this route to gain what should have been given to me from the start

On August 26, our moving crew arrived at the building of Mr*** to perform his move The building manager approached the crew foremen asking who they where there to move The foremen told him Mr*** who later started verbally abusing our crew because they told the
manager who they were moving During the entire moving process he continued to verbally abuse our crew He also called into our office screaming and cursing because our crew told the building manager who they were movingDuring the move a sofa leg was damaged and was repaired when the goods where brought into the warehouse Mr*** first check was returned due to insufficient funds Since then he failed to pay any storage charges for four months at which point we advised him that his account had to be made current or we would have no choice but to begin auction procedures At that time he did make a payment, however his account was still in the arrears The next payment we received again was returned due to insufficient funds And we instructed Mr*** that going forward any and all payments must be made by certified check cash or money order At that point Mr*** contacted the deptof consumer affairs who in turn contacted us We shared our entire file with the investigator for the dept of consumer affairs who in turn tried to call Mr*** to explain to him that his account had to be brought up to date More recently we have emailed Mr*** requesting him to remove is goods from our storage facility
