Review: This complaint is about Affordable Pest Control.I'm a renter. I've complained to my Assistant Manager about Affordable Pest Control [redacted] she claimed inspected my apt & found no evidence of rodent infestation! The Assistant Manager then just said I'd only be getting service when [redacted] is scheduled to do my 4th which is not every month cause there's no evidence of an infestation.This is an 8 fl high rise built in 1964 where senior & the disabled live! I've been home in June & July 2013 I watched him work less than 3 minutes while I've been off of my Support Staff Job at a School this summer!! Affordable Pest when scheduled on Aug. 2, 2013 didn't come like he was supposed to my apt.In my apt I found rodent droppings under my heater, in my closet, in my kitchen, back by my bed.....in my bathroom a glue board back behind the toilet it is a covered part & the 2 top parts are stuck together. Others in the building have been complaining to me about rodent infestation throughout the building on the 1st [redacted], 2nd [redacted], 3rd [redacted], there's another women on the 4th fl that has had a problem, 5th fl [redacted], 7th fl [redacted] an honest neighbor said the rodents are all over the building, [redacted] who lives on the 7th fl said they are in the Community Room he is honest about the rodents.There are many Spanish speaking people in this building so I don't know how many people have rodents I'm not bilingual most of Spanish people are not. 2 of the health issues are Lyme Disease I can get from the tics crawling around my apt next time I don't have it at present medication worked for the disease but, if the oral didn't then I was IV antibiotic would have been next I didn't even get the bulls eyed rash the 1st time then I had complications. My doctor(s) talked about rodents having fleas, tics, & mites. This is the other health issue my doctors have to keep testing me for Leptospirosis.[redacted] PA Fire Department is concerned about the rodent infestation causing an electrical fire in the any of the ways or apts.Desired Settlement: Residents of 8 fl high rise want to be safely in a motel.The Owner excavated another building several times pests. I got shocked & only part electric shut down on 8/4/2013 [redacted] on call maintenance said electric short. The same night after [redacted] left. The automatic fire alarm sounded 8/4/2013. The City of [redacted] Fire Depart is concerned about the rodents causing an electrical fire. Trouble no apt# was printout & reset of fire panel.We want the infestation gone. Then return from the motel.

I want to assure the Revdex.com the complaint by one of our tenants was thoroughly investigated by our staff and determined there is absolutely no evidence of any problems with the apartment. Therefore, you must remove this complaint as it is completely false.
