Review: I brought my dog and consulted the Affordable Pet Vet Clinic due to foxtail puncture wound in the front right paw, on June 24, 2014. Dr. [redacted] immediately performed surgery where I had to pay an upfront fee of $334.80 that includes sedation, pain reliever and antibiotics for my dog. And I was told to come back between 2:30 - 3:00 PM. I called back on June 30th because the wound will not heal after almost all medications are taken, so I brought back my dog and the doctor was kinda rude and loud blaming my dog, I told him my stayed in the house the whole treatment period. He wiped the wound from the paw and said come back next week and finish all medications and if the pimple like wound still there he will perform surgery again at no cost at all. So, today July 7th I called the office/[redacted] per doctors advise and got appointment at 1:30PM. Dr. [redacted] was still blaming us for the wound and said my dog is crazy she got the blister/ pimple like wound. I tried to calm down and told the doctor I just wanted my dog treatment. The doctor performs surgery and asked me to watch and I said fine I stay. Then I was told to come back in two hours until my dog wakes up. I came back then but my surprise I had to pay $62.27 for 14 tablets of 100mg antibiotic and only gave me two tablets of pain reliever for free. I paid only $48.00 for 24-500mg antibiotic on first visit. I told him he confuses me for the fees he said all would be free, but just to end the conversation so I paid though I'm not supposed to because if Dr. [redacted] has done things right at the the first surgery there would be no 2nd and 3rd visit. I followed all his instructions but he was blamimg me as a customer he should be nice and not rude and he should educate the customers. Now, after paying and about to leave he treats me that if the wound he created thru surgery did not heal he will charge me for everything on the very next visit. I am complaining for the warranty service fee and if I can claim everything I paid due to damages.Desired Settlement: $62.27 for medications I paid on July 7, 2014.$334.00 from first visit due to all damages and time consumed.Professional warranty services from two surgeries performed by Dr. [redacted]. He has to reimburse all future visits to a different Clinics pertaining to foxtail issue/wounds on the right front paw of my dog.

Review: Affordable Pet Vet Clinic has an online coupon for a free visit, for first time visits. I told the receptionist that I had the coupon before I brought my animal in and I was told to show again at the end of the visit. The Vet did NOT even touch my animal to do an exam and I was told I still needed to pay $39.95 for the visit, even after I showed the coupon. I would have to bring my animal back and pay $125 so he could sedate and do an exam that way. Dr. Kuppe Nagaraj then told me I need to pay since I "wasted his time and I need to pay for his staff salary as well as his and for the paper I filled out".I was then told that the coupon is only good if you do the treatment needed, but it does NOT state that on the coupon. I could NOT leave unless I paid the $39.95.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $39.95 because I did not receive an exam
