As far as I am concerned, I was hired by your wife, *** to photograph the wedding. I have completely fulfilled my service with the best of my style and skills as a photographer. *** has hired me twice and apparently she must like the previous and current photographs. *** has not complained once to me about the photographs. I am not going to defend myself again about the texts I sent to ***. I was proper with the texts and explained the reasons of the final cost. Again, I didn’t hear one complaint from ***Please allow me to educate you about my artistic style of photography. There are about to pictures with different background lighting or image enhancements of the or so pictures. These are just example pictures that my clients can ask for to develop a slide show, prints or etcin all the same fashion or in a collage of picturesApparently, you have no idea or interest in those enhanced pictures, let alone photography. Yes, I had a drink or two after dinner. Yeah, it was a wedding celebration! First of all, it takes hands to take pictures with a zoom lens. Confucius might have said: “It is almost impossible to take pictures with a drink in one hand and camera on the other hand, may drop expensive camera or spill drink!” There are over pictures taken after dinner. *** asked me to take several group pictures of friends and family members. The other pictures captured were of the dance, bride and groom, your parents on the dance floor, you with your mother, your brother (best man) with the Pearl (maid of honor), your family members, your friends and etc. I can go on with the pictures but I guess you have no regard for these types of pictures that you deemed unusable and poor taste Again, I have not received a complaint from your wife, ***Lastly, I apologize for losing my temper and didn’t mean to say those words! It is because I was in shock and upset from your phone callI was stating the facts over our heated conversationThis will be my last correspondence because this has been resolved by your wife, *** to agree to pay the final cost of $with her next pay check in January 2016. *** apologized to me in regards to the disputeYou started this dispute and I am encouraging you to end this now. I have spent enough time on this matter to accommodate your irrational complaintsHappy Holidays!

First and foremost,  I was hired by [redacted] as the wedding
photographer of her marriage with [redacted] on 8/15/2015 in Wisconsin Rapids.
This was a verbal agreement because I knew [redacted] because I worked at the same
company in the past.  My wife and I have been friends with [redacted] for...

many
years.  Previously, I was hired by
[redacted] to photograph her son’s confirmation and home celebration several years
ago.   This was also a verbal agreement to photograph the event and
provide a DVD of pictures.  [redacted]’s opening Customer’s
Statement of the Problem:   “On March 2015 we spoke with [redacted] about taking some pictures of our wedding. "    This is a complete lie.   I have never met
or talked to [redacted] until on the wedding day on 8/15/2015.    Any and all communication as the wedding photographer was only
with me and [redacted] through phone call or texts.  [redacted] was never ever
present in any communication. On 11/27/2015, I
asked my wife, [redacted] to deliver the DVD of wedding pictures to [redacted] at the
place of work.  Upon delivery, [redacted] was going to write a check of $800 to
[redacted] and [redacted] asked for a receipt in return.  [redacted] asked [redacted] to pay
next week on Monday as [redacted] was on vacation. On 12/1/2015, I received
a phone call from [redacted] at 1:58 p.m. regarding the additional charge of my
services.   This phone call was very rude to borderline har[redacted]ing,
life threatening and to damage my photography business.   I
was taken by surprise by the level of his aggression and what triggered his
anger. The phone call
conversation as follows:1)  He said I was
har[redacted]ing his wife, [redacted] with several texts about soliciting additional
charges of the wedding photographs.  (I send [redacted] several
texts explaining the initial $600 was not enough to cover the total cost of my
services.  I have my hobby photography business and pay taxes on my
reported earnings.  I explained to her that my service includes editing
and polishing every image.   This can take a good deal of time about
40 hours.   I also told her I will give a good deal.  There are
slightly over 500 pictures.  The additional charge was $800.   I
don’t remember the exact date of my texts but it has to be at least 2 to 3
weeks ago before delivery date of 11/27/2015.  I was civil and
professional with my communication in the form of texts.  There were no
issues or problems from [redacted]. There was absolutely no indication of
dissatisfaction or disagreement. )  2) [redacted] demanded
(yelled repeatedly) for my Tax Id number and my business name so that he will
report me to the Chamber of Commerce. (I told [redacted] I did not
like the tone of his voice and told him to settle down.  I told him I was
not going to give him anything. )   3) [redacted] said the amount
of $500 that [redacted] gave me in a sealed envelope at the wedding should be an
indication of the level of service at the wedding.  (I told [redacted] that is not
the way I do business ...  that is not the smart way of doing business on your
wedding day!   I also told [redacted] that the envelope contained $600 and
he had no clue what was going on.   I
opened the sealed envelope when I got home that night.)       4) He seemed to get
angrier and continue his barrage of words!   He asked me where I live
and was to come over to my house to “Smoke my [redacted]”.   (I told him that that was
a threat to my life and will report him to the police.)5) [redacted] kept yelling at
the top of his voice and repeating “See you in court”.  (I told [redacted] if we meet
in court, I will write a bill of the full service charge of $2400.
I told [redacted] not to copy or upload or print any of the wedding pictures because
of copyright infringement. ) I hung up on [redacted]
because I was getting really upset.   On 12/3/2015, I
wrote an email to Detective [redacted] and Detective [redacted] from
Stevens Point Police Department about the phone call from [redacted].  I
documented the email recalling from memory and with the best of my
knowledge.  I wanted to make the right decision and asked for police
advice.    Detective [redacted]
advised me to contact the Portage County Sheriff Department because I lived
outside of Stevens Point.   I called the Sheriff Department and
talked to Deputy [redacted] about the content of the phone call from
[redacted].   I told Deputy [redacted] that I still have to contact [redacted] for
the final payment of my services and didn’t want another wacko call from
[redacted].  Deputy [redacted] called [redacted] not to call me anymore.  [redacted]
then told Deputy [redacted] that I cannot contact [redacted] or [redacted] and let the court
decide the outcome.  Deputy [redacted] left me a voice mail on 12/9/2015.On 12/8/2015, I texted
[redacted] about the final payment of $800 with a due date on Monday, 12/14/2015.
I reminded not to copy, upload, print or transfer any of the wedding photographs.
I will release the copyright of the pictures after I get paid for my
services.  I told [redacted] to contact me by email if there were any
issues.  I haven’t heard anything from [redacted]. My Responses to your
Complaints: 1.  [redacted] asked for
the wedding pictures of her and [redacted].  I edited and polished the pictures
and delivered within 3 business days.  [redacted] wanted to post these pictures
on the newspaper.  2.  I was honest
enough to admit that there was $600 in the sealed envelope instead of $500 that
was mentioned by [redacted] over the telephone.  3.  I communicated
to [redacted] that I had hardware failure and compounded with software version
issues that delayed the processing of the pictures.  [redacted] didn’t have any
issues.   I kept [redacted] updated throughout the waiting period.    4.  To deliver a
DVD of properly edited wedding pictures in 100 days is a reasonable time
as far as processing wedding photographs in the industry standard.  Take a
look online, some photographers take about 6 months to deliver the
pictures.   Hey, if you want these pictures any sooner, I will be
glad to oblige with additional cost.  I
will p[redacted] the savings to my other clients in line of you.          5.  My policy is
that any or all my photographs that leave my processing lab are edited and
polished thoroughly before delivery.  I process these pictures personally
and some photographers get it processed by another entity.   Plus I
provide any further processing of the delivered pictures without any
charges.  6.  My wedding
photography services is generous and flexible as far any request for extended
family members,  portraits for family or friends or any reasonable
requests during the entire service.   Other wedding photographers
usually will not take other requests but only wedding
pictures.     For Example: -[redacted] requested to take the flower decorations, wedding cake and place of reception before the church service.   -[redacted] requested to take pictures of the church, statues, altar and etc. -[redacted] requested to take several extended family pictures and friends with the bride and groom-Group portraits and self-portraits of extended families and friends-My goal is to capture every person that attended the church and reception-Capture the entire wedding from start to finish with a p[redacted]ion  -Many more captured in the DVD dated on 11/20/2015  7.  I am very conscientious and personal about my work in
photography.  I worked for 9 hours on the wedding day from 11 a.m. to 8
p.m. taking 15 minutes for dinner.   The processing of the wedding
pictures took about 43 hours.  8.  The services of $1400 is very reasonable for the DVD of
pictures and the cost of labor.   The last wedding (3 years ago) I
was hired as a photographer and a guest at a Chapel in Wisconsin Rapids and
reception at the Mead Hotel for a close friend that works at St. Michael
hospital  costs $1500 (DVD of pictures
and labor) which was less work and stress. 9.  There is no way I would agree
on $600 to photograph a wedding and provide a DVD of pictures.   Besides, most photographers make their
profits on re-prints.   10.  If you can find a photographer
with 25 years of experience and willing to take on a wedding event, provide a
polished DVD of pictures and delivery of less than 100 days, please email me
the photographer’s name.   I would like
to hire the photographer for my son’s wedding.  11.  I question your character;
it is a cheap shot in making this complaint to Revdex.com.  What is next?  Come over to smoke my [redacted]!     I was hired to photograph your wedding by your wife in good
faith.  I expected to be paid in good faith.   If not, I will be
pressured to take this issue to next level of civil
action.

Regards,
[redacted],On March 25th I did not speak directly with [redacted] about taking pictures for our wedding, I was aware through conversations with my wife. [redacted] was not professional when on November 23rd; he sent 7 text messages between 10:18pm and 10:22pm stating that we owed him an additional $800. Yes there are over 500 pictures on the 2 cd’s which a majority of them are the same pictures edited in different lighting as stated on my original complaint.                [redacted] took it upon with himself with a drink in his hand after dinner to continue taking pictures the entire evening, most of which are in poor taste and are unusable, he was not asked to do this.                I did call [redacted] on December 1st at 1:57pm to resolve this matter; the phone conversation went on for 7 minutes 32 seconds. In that time I was called “dumb [redacted]” and was told to “take my pictures back to my God at the church.” Absolutely at no time did I ask for [redacted]’s address or threaten that “I will come over and smoke his [redacted]” as he so stated in my complaint response. Nor did I ever threaten to ruin his business; I only stated that I would report him to the Revdex.com.                I am currently in the process of having our phone conversation on December 1st subpoena to prove his accusations are false. My wife has informed me that she has settled the case with Mr. [redacted].
