I am emailing in response to the complaint ID [redacted].Arrived at clients home at 9 am on 9/20/16.  Was showed the leak and told by clients boyfriend to do what  was needed to get it fixed. That is what was done. We did the repairs with what we have in stock on the service truck....

We also explained to them that they should clean off all the cob webs on the top of the water heater before it starts a fire. Yes we do charge from when the service truck leaves the shop, and we charge by the hour. So for example, if we arrive at 8 and leave at 9:30, you will get charged 2 hours. And being in the service industry have found that most companies do charge the same way our company does. We also only charged them for the regular hourly rate. we did not inform them that there is a helper rate, so they did not get charged for this, even though two people were there which saved time, and also saved them money. the helper was really not needed for this job, but was needed for the next service call that day.In our previous email forgot to mention the reason for our delayed response to her message. She called on Saturday 9/24/16 at around 3:30 and left a message. I returned her call on 9/26/16 Monday morning when I returned back in the office.To resolve this issue with the Client, we are willing to take off the 1 hour for travel time.
