I am rejecting this response because: The letter of documentation that Constant Clean Maid Service is using as proof of credit is a letter from my credit card company to Constant Clean disputing the charge with them. Yes, my company has given me temporary credit during the investigation, however, Constant Clean has not refunded the extra $they took from me. They are trying to say I received a credit from their company which is not true. The credit card company is issuing a credit. Regardless, Constant clean has no right to keep the extra $170.00. I want it returned as a credit to the credit card company and then the credit card company will remove the temporary credit they have given me. They are attempting to use my temporary credit to their advantage so they can keep the extra $they tookAs I stated before, there was no error in the transaction as they state. The dates show they cashed my check and charged my credit card within two days. There was not enough time to indicate a processing error

The attached letter indicates a debit to my account on February 9th.  The chargeback was accepted on February 24thMrs. [redacted] needs to contact her issuing bank as to the credit if it has not yet been given.
