I had the line from my meter to the house replacedThe plumbers were friendly, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, left the yard clean, and the price quoted was very good and is what I paid (no hidden charges)I highly recommend them

We have used the services of Affordal Plumbing on many occasionsThey have maintained our septic tank and even installed a new septic system that quickly passes county inspectionMost recently the Affordabe Plumbing crew repaired the busted main water line to our homeThe county crew turned off the water to the house after I called Affordable Plumbing and they promised to come out the same dayThey diagnosed the problem and installed new pipes, including having the other utillity lines marked, the next dayOur new refrigerator required a new water line,pipeing and installation and one call to Affordable Plumbing was all that was nesessaryI don't mean to imply I'm their only customer, but to share that they are professional and move quickly to handle customer needsI believe their charges are reasonable, customer service is respectful, and they are friendly

When I called the office the young lady listened to my explanation and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decisionApparently she pondered my situation and called me back to offer a solution to which I agreed Because the weather was questionable she called to get my opinion about re-scheduling the appointment to which Rick arrived promptlyHe was thorough and professional and offered a simple solutionHe provided exactly what I needed to solve my situation

I was very impressed I had to replace a year old leaky water line at my house Affordable had me talk with Rick He was able to give a quote over the phone and it was the lowest one I had so I went with it Rick said he would call me the next day and tell me the date/time the work would be done Rick called just as he said he would and gave me the date/time of the repair The next day the crew arrived and worked very hard and completed the job in less than hours They were very neat and clearned up everything I was impressed with Rick's knowledge of the building code requirements and options I had for the work I will use Affordable again the next time I have a plumbing need
