Consumer sent the following response:mrH [redacted] and our accounts of what happened are to different storieshis response on july said he would have a check within a week in the mailtoday is augone month laterI called one day after the job was finished a sunday afternoon his employee said would see us before 2:he never showed up and never answered the phone from that time onsince then the shower has leaked and the gentleman that fixed all the work they did said{boy these people call themselves plumbers}

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/2/15. Jay H***, owner, said he put some faucets in for them, the consumer called a month later and said she had to have another plumber out because there was a leak on the one faucet or the supply line for the one faucetConsumer said
she had tried to reach him prior to calling in another plumber, but he has no record of her trying to call and no messages were left for himHe was in Florida at that time working, he has a company there too That was sometime around the end of MarchHe advised he would get in contact with her when he got back to Ohio, and if she did not hear from him, she was told to call He was planning on being out of town for another weeks at that point She said she had to pay $to the other plumber He told her he would give her the $since she had to have another plumber out She called again, sometime in May/June, said she spoke to him a month/month and a half ago and she was expecting a $check, but never got it He told her that she was supposed to call and remind him since he didn't have his checkbook with him She said that she had already called Revdex.com because she thought that they weren't going to payHe told her that if that's the case he would wait until he got the letter from Revdex.com, respond to the complaint, and send the check at that timeHe will have the check to her within a week

I called one day after the job was finished a sunday afternoon his employee said would see us before  2:00 he never showed up and never answered the phone from that time on. since then the shower has  leaked and the gentleman that fixed all the work they did said{boy these people call themselves plumbers}

They did come out and cut the pipe. Although the men that installed the back flow were all very nice & professional; whoever came out to cut the pipe today certainly was not as he made a point of giving me the finger as he sped down my street. Thank you for your assistance in getting this resolved.

Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/9/15. Company said that he already told the consumer when she called that it was not part of the job, but as a courtesy he would cut the pipe for her next time he was in the North Ridgeville area. just gotten back into town. He still intends to stop by, hopefully by the middle of next week.
