You should have received, on July '14, a packet containing a letter and pictures of my damaged house. An identical packet was sent to Affordable Pressure Washing and was left at his front door on July '14.
Also, when I filled out my complaint on line - it asked for a dollar figure of damage. Did that dollar figure go to Affordable when you notified him of my complaint?
