On Dec. 31, 2018, I entered into a contract with Jorge ***, Affordable Pro Services LLC, to build, install a white vinyl fence and remove some trees. I paid him $9,442.50, which was much higher than my other estimates but his included the tree removal. The contract was contingent upon me receiving a grant from the city to help with the expenses. After a lot of back and forth with the city, the grant for the fence was denied.
At that point, I began leaving phone messages for Mr. to call me. He never returned my calls. After a couple of weeks of not hearing from him, I tried emailing. A few days later, he emailed back. He stated that right after he had taken my money, he moved his work to Panama City, was on vacation and would contact me when he returned to Florida. At that time, Mr. was in possession of my money for over 3 months and had never once tried to contact me.
Since that time, I have had nothing but excuses, apologies and lies from Mr.. There has been no trees removed or fence installed. I just keep asking for my money back

Hi sorry I have all emails, messages and even a video recording of the customer Tracy ***. We agreed to so amount for installing a fence. We had never agreed on my company removing the trees. I do not offer tree removal or landscaping services, I referred her to a company and marked the trees that needed to be removed from the property line but never did I say we were removing, I was simply showing which trees needed to be removed. Our deal was she was going to attempt to get a grant to pay for the fence
The customer wanted to pay all upfront to remove funds from her account before the new year as on the contract the date was near last day or two of the year. She called me a month or two saying that the grant was not accepted but she wanted to go ahead with the fence which in turn voided our agreement that funds would be returned after denial of grant. I have all materials paid for, proper permits and paperwork that were filed and ready to go. I told her we were ready for install once she removed the tree and that is when she wanted a refund, I am going to have to go to court and present all paperwork, emails, texts and so on to fix the issue with her but I do not beliecey Company should get a bad mark on Revdex.com or be removed from Revdex.com until a proper judgement from a civil judge. Once again Mr. Torres is not telling the truth. I too have copies of emails. One where Mr. Torres states, "...I have tried several time to contact my tree guy with no luck."
I also have estimates from other fence companies for the same job that are more than $3,000.00 less than Affordable Pro Services/Mr. Torres estimate because they do not include tree removal.

Affordable Pro Services did a great job on our fence, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Fence company in Daytona.
The owner, Jorge, is very hands-on throughout the process making sure that the job is done well, and that he fully understands the ask as well as the customer's concerns. He has a great crew who also care about taking care of their customers and just doing a great job. We always felt we were in capable hands, and are very pleased with their work and the quality of our new fence.
The crew went above and beyond expectations. I would recommend them to anyone!

I do highly recommend them! Very professional and certainly affordable. I just had a vinyl fence with 3 gates installed. Due to easements and trees in the property line it was very cumbersome to install the fence. However, they came up with great ideas and suggestions to have it done right and per property survey. They gave access (via gates) to utility companies and other providers. It looks beautiful!. Thank you Jorge, Pedro and other staff member! I do really appreciate everything you did to accommodate my needs.
