I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me if the problem is resolved. It has been months since the problem began and communication has been made repeatedly. Even to the point that the owner was coming by the residence and never showed or called. Still in limbo over resolution.
