was hired to do some basic home renovation tasks.
Upon completion, the work was found to be incorrect (unlevel window,plumbing pipes not recessed enough to enclose in wall, supply lines to short to connect, etc). There was not one aspect of his work that was done that did not need to be fixed.
*** was contacted about the issues, and offered us a refund. He never showed up to refund the $325 that we paid him.

Refund James offered a refund of the $325 that we paid him. We are requesting that refund, again.
The work performed was in fact not up to par. There was an employee who somewhat sabotaged the job and has been reprimanded. I provided a full refund in the amount of $325 to Ms. *** on 7-16-20. I would like to consider this as closure to the case, and continue to move forward with our business.
