Affordable Raingutters

Review: I signed a contract on 09/25/15 for 6" gutters for $1,095. They tried to install 5" on 11/04, when contacted they apologized and rescheduled for 11/13. On 11/11 I received an email from [redacted] "[redacted]" [redacted] saying he accidentally misquoted me and the total cost should be $1,608 but would to reduce to $1,500. I responded by email almost immediately and advised the new amount is not approved but for someone to call me to discuss. No response. 6" gutters were installed on 11/13 and I paid the amount of the original contract. 11/15 it rained and I discovered two areas where the gutters are leaking. I called on 11/15 & 11/19 to schedule a repair as installation is covered under lifetime warranty. No response. On 11/19 I received a bill for $405 (dated 11/12). Check was already cashed.Desired Settlement: I want the repair completed in the next 30 days and an updated statement showing a zero balance on the account.
