customers they will be receiving a phone call from dispatch 24 hrs before the scheduled pickup day to inform them of the exact time of arrival. During the quoting process [redacted] described the article list at his residence coming up with a total piece count of 94 pieces with a volume of 567 cubic feet. When the truck arrived at the residence and completed another inventory the piece count increased to 94 pieces with a total volume of 1290 cubic feet. Customer agreed that he had more boxes and more items then anticipated. He agreed to pay more and signed the new contract (Bill Of Ladding). During pickup [redacted] requested to be delivered on the 5th. Our foreman told the customer we will try our best to hit your requirements but traveling 1217 miles we cant guarantee a one day delivery. The delivery would take place between the 5th to the 9th guaranteed. [redacted] agreed to those terms. Everything is clearly stated in our contract and also stated while confirming the reservation. We service over 250 moves per month without any problems. I believe this customer had a lot of requirements and we met more then 90 percent of them. Also if the customer would have been honest with the inventory his pricing would have been accurate.
