I submitted a Revdex.com request for quote on 8/and received a prompt email reply on 9/ This company was pretty quick with email reply but as I found with most remodeling services & and a lower projected budgeted project there wasn't much follow up This company would only email and wouldn't call me or schedule to come actually see what was needed for an accurate quote It was like pulling teeth to get any hands on help I actually went with another company that was quick to email, call and schedule to come out and see what was needed to give a quote The other company typically does higher end work, but had great customer service compared to Affordable Remodeling Solutions that would only contact via email and expected me to call them which would have put me through more hoops and time consumption as I couldn't adequately sum up the project needs without the expertise of a contractor to tell me what was needed by lookingAt least they replied though, some didn't even do thatAnd when I told *** of my review effort on this, was dismayed that I didn't call themThey just don't get the customer service satisfaction needed at the front of the project selection to help ensure it will be a good experience if you go with them

We hired [redacted] and Affordable Remodeling Solutions for a master bath remodel. The plumbing in the wall was leaking and part of the sub-floor was starting to mold/rot. All of [redacted]'s workers have been very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We had most of the design worked out prior to contacting [redacted], but not being professional designersthere were some details to figure out. His team was able to work out the remaining details and offer suggestions for ways to make our ideas even better. They stuck to their proposed timelines and cleaned up behind themselves regularly. Anyone considering a remodel should at least call Affordable Remodeling Solutions to talk about options.
