We installed approximately 60' of inch seamless gutters with hidden hangers and 3xdownspoutsEverything is installed properly, looks great and is warranted by us for yearsAs the homeowner said in her comment, I have sent my guys out to her property times to try to please her but she just doesn't understand how the downspouts come in 10' pieces and the elbows come in individual piecesI have done everything I can possibly do to try to make her happy and would welcome her to call another company or the Revdex.com to go look at our work on her job! Like I said before, everything is Installed properly, looks great,is functioning properly and is warrantedAlso keep in mind that this is a very small gutter job,not brain surgery, that I have spent a lot of time and effort on just trying to make her happy but have come to the conclusion that, that willl absolutely not be possible

I am rejecting this response because I, as well as the owner of the business, failed to document the leaks are another reason they had to return so many times And, my request to be present when someone came always were ignored Appeasing the customer does not equate to meeting the requests of the customers I asked over and over again to meet with the installer and that’s when things could have been explained to me Yet, each time they came, there was no advance notification They snuck in and snuck out I knew the contractor would deny my claim and that’s ok I just wanted the Revdex.com to have a record .thworkmanship or rather lack thereof
