We received a letter from Revdex.com in our new mailbox on 10/12/17. Apparently the letter was sent to our old address. In going through job notes Mrs [redacted] is correct on her description of repairs. We replaced flat roof of porch on 10/2015. Repair was made only to the flat porch area per agreement with...

customer and tied into main shingled roof. A year later in August of 2016 we were called out for a roof leak and made necessary repairs to stop the leak. We let her know to call us if she noticed additional leaking. Mrs [redacted] called our office again 1 year later on 8/29/2017. An appointment was scheduled to look at new leak for 9/6/2017 @ 12:30. Our repair specialist was out to look at the leak but no one was home. He noted that the leak was not part of our repair scope so would most likely not be under warranty. He tried to call her to let her know but there was no answer. He assumed she missed appointment, but it appears that she had a different date of 9/7 @ 12:30. We have no other job notes that Mrs tried to call or any other record of additional appointments. We had not heard back from her until we received the letter from Revdex.com 10/12/17Today, 10/17/17,  Employee Chris B[redacted] reached out to her to let her know that we will be rescheduling an appt so we can make sure she gets taken care of. I called owner Jim S[redacted] and reviewed the job notes with him. He is calling [redacted] personally and will be meeting with her to inspect the flat roof. All warrantied repairs (if any) will be dealt with and additional repair work discussed if needed.

[redacted]Dear [redacted],I want to reopen my complaint with Affordable Roofing. I haven’t heard from them since  our  last meeting.[redacted]

Affordable Roofing has completed repairs needed on this roof and per the customer, there is no more leaking.  Resolution has been made.

Homeowner was contacted and all contract details were discussed. Affordable Roofing service writer contacted insurance company for the homeowner to better understand status of claim. Homeowner did not have code upgrade coverage and therefore must pay for it out of pocket. Homeowner was aware of this...

and wanted roof and gutter invoices combined on one invoice. Accounting department did so and sent to homeowner per request so that they can remit full payment. Skylight issue was addressed with homeowner and will be taken care of once weather allows. Homeowner paid us in full.

Jim was out to the job and made the determination that the issue was not on her flat roof but on her shingled roof. The shingled roof was completed over 5 years ago and would be out of warranty. However, he did agree to fix it as it is a minor flashing issue. He explained his findings to [redacted]. He did not agree to fix anything other than the roofing flashing issue. This has been scheduled to get fixed.
