She was insistent on getting a tent so we offered her a nice 15x15 frame tent instead. She did not want that tent and asked what else we had. We...

told her the only other option for her was a 10x10 pop up tent which is a light duty tent. She asked for 2 of them which we brought to her. It did not rain inside the tents. They were both fully functional. The rain fell between the 2 tents as it is intended to do. We can only try to steer the customers in the right direction but can't force them to spend more money and get the right tent for their event. She chose the less expensive route and there is nothing we can do about it. If the tents were faulty she would have been refunded completely and immediately. They were not. Both of them did their job. A refund is not possible at this point and never will be, especially when she went out of her way to try to harm our business on every single site possible.
