just beyond our control.Regarding this job we were called out to *** *** *** to rooter out a main lineWhen our serviceman got to the job he was told there was no ground accessThe service man explained that there would be no warranty on the jobThe serviceman went on the roof and ran his machine to show the home owner where the main line comes out so the homeowner could dig.Our service man went back to the job three more times without charging the home owner to show him and his brother what was needed.Upon receiving this letter the serviceman went back to the house and a women answered and contacted the homeowner but she couldn't reach him so the service man asked for the home owner to call him and the serviceman hasn't been contacted.We feel we did everything we could psychically do to help this customer
